The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.
F3 offers free, peer-led, workout groups, open to men of all fitness levels, held outdoors (rain or shine). While men are certainly pushed to get better physically, most guys keep coming back because of the friendships and comradery built by getting up early and putting in the work.
The three Fs in F3 stand for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith, but F3 is open to men of all faiths (or no faith), and the closing prayer/shout-out is generally the only faith-specific component of a workout.

I’ve also included one from our year convergence (all four Northeast Tennessee AOs converged for a single workout) where 68 HIM (high impact men) put in some serious work, led by a few of the OGs, who were there on day one. #tclaps to Tom Arbaugh (F3 Glory) for the video.
Currently, F3 Northeast Tennessee leads workouts at five regional AOs (areas of operation). Click on the individual AO name for details about each location’s schedule.
