I got to thinking this morning that there is no way I could have completed our Q today before I got the EH last October, much less ruck the entire 45 minutes.  I am stronger than I was back then, and that is to the credit of each one of you whom I get to meet early in the gloom 2-3 times/week to work on getting better.  F3 is doing some great things in Northeast Tennessee, and I am excited to be a small part of that.  Your fellowship and friendship is a blessing to me.  If you would have told me last April that I would be training for a mountain relay right now, I would have said you were crazy.  Maybe we all are…
