Dynamic warm-up on the football field
Starting on the goaline, high knees to the 20yd line, butt kickers to the 40yd line, karaoke to the oppo 40yd line, power skip to the 20yrd line, karaoke to the goaline. Rinse and repeat back to the oppo goaline.
Start on the goaline and sprint to the 10ys line do 1 burpee then sprint back. 1 burpee on the goaline then sprint to the 20yd line and do 1 burpee. 1 burpee on the goaline then sprint to the 30yd line and do 1 burpee. Continued until we went the length of the field.
Sprint to the 10yd line -2 merkins and back to the goaline, sprint to hte 20yd line-4 merkins and back to the goaline, sprint to hte 30yd line-6merkins and back to the goaline, increase by 2 until you hit hte 50yd line. Then start decreasing by 2 at each 10yd line until you do 2 merkins at the oppo 10yd line.
Starting on the goaline sprint to the 10yd line and bernie sanders back. Then sprint to the 20 yd line and bernie sanders back. Then sprint to the 30 yd line and bernie sanders. Continued until we completed the length of the field.
Mosey to the concrete steps at the end of the bleachers and start up the steps. Running to each level and then back down increasing a level each time repeating until the reaching the top. Then starting from the bottom going to the top and reversing the order.

Start in the corner of the endzone sprint to the 10yd line and sumo shuffle to the oppo sidline. Then sprint to the 20yd line and summo shuffle to the oppo sideine. Then sprint to the 30yd line and sumo shuffle to the oppo sideline. Repeating until you reach the oppo goaline.
