Pax was informed that we would be doing the M&M (Modified Murph Challenge), Two individuals had done the Murph before this morning but it was the first time for several others.
- 8 1/4 mile laps with the following exercises each lap:
- 13 Pull-Ups (104 total)
- 25 Push-ups (200 total)
- 38 Squats (304 Total)
Some finished the M&M and some did not, But no one quit!

CIRCLE OF TRUST
I am so proud of the effort the men gave this morning. The Murph is no joke even modified and takes a level of determination and effort that has to be respected.
Several men were involved in other physical challenges this day and were missed, but we prayed for them to stay safe and push themselves to become better and that is what it is all about.
