I heard rumbling from the PAX that there was no merkins in the warm-up…..but little did they know they would be getting plenty!
Bermuda Triangle-3 cones spread 30yds apart.  Start with 1 burpee then bear crawl to cone #2.  2 burpees then bear crawl to cone #3.  Then 3 burpees and bear crawl back to cone #1.  Rinse and Repeat for a total of 3 times.

Burpee Mile-ish

Start at the head of Founders Park with 12 burpees.  Then run to amphitheater end of FP for 12 more burpees.  Run back to head of FP for 12 more burpees.  Run back FP ampitheater for 12 more burpees.  Run back to head of FP.

1 Round of BLIMPS

Tammy Wynette- “Stand by your man”

Partnered up for this new set to the AO.  Partner 1 is on the ground for merkins and parnter 2 standing beside him for squats.  Doing them together 10 merkins for #1 and 10 squats for #2.  Switch and rinse and repeat.  Goal was to reach 100 merkins/squats for each partner.

QIC gave the PAX the option to continue(around 60) or mosey to Tombstone Hill.  There was a gravely silence so the QIC made the executive decision to modify.

Mosey to Tombstone Hill

Blackjack it is! Starting with 1 merkin at the bottom of the hill.  Mosey to the top and complete 20 BBSU.  Mosey back to the bottom.  2 merkins and mosey to the top for 19 BBSU.  Continuing for a goal of 20 merkins to 1 BBSU.  PAX made it through about 6-7merkins before QIC had to call it short.

Boat Canoe is all we had time for.  PAX complained about the QIC counting in his head.  Notes were taken for future reference.

With one FNG-Adam Boesch maintenance supervisor for assisted living facility and likes to build things/wood working.  PAX decided on Norm-assistant for Bob Vila on This Old House.
Keep up the great work PAX.  It is amazing to look back over the last 15 months and see how we have progressed.  It is in all areas not just physically.  I am reminded of that each time i see one of the PAX out in the community.  We usually pray that God will help us to become better Husbands, Fathers, and Community Leaders.  I truly believe that is happening as we speak in East Tennessee.  Stay strong and realize we are in a marathon and not a sprint.  The days are long but the years are short.  I was told that by a much wiser (and older) man in my life.  To God be the glory!
