THE THANG
Everybody picked up a block or ruck plate and headed to the Band Practice Field.  Q Master Wilbur donned a Ruck that raised some eyebrows.

  • Blocks and Plate were placed midfield going cross ways.
  • Starting on the long side of the field we Bear crawled to center, 10 overhead shoulder press with blocks and high knees to far side of field, 20 sit ups and Crab walk back to mid field, 10 block curls and lunges back to starting side.  Q Wilbur dropped ruck sack at this point.
  • Then run along outside of field to end zone and sprint across short end, run 110 yard to opposite end zone, sprint across short end and run back to starting position. First one back won the honor of ruck for bear crawl, etc.  Rinse and Repeat 4 times till everyone got some ruck time in and got to run around the field 5 times.  Block work in the middle changed to Kettle bell swings and overhead tricep press,  then 20 burpees and 20 squats with a block, then start over.

At 7:45 we moseyed back to parking lot.   PAX remarked they were no longer cold thanks to the fun!
MARY  6 Minutes of AB work with Mary.
