6 Degrees of IronHorse

Northeast Tennessee Johnson City Iron Horse (Founders Park)

14 PAX braved the 6 degree balminess of IronHorse to put in hard work.  It was cold…but only for about 5 minutes.  Heart rates were up…and stayed up for about an hour.  Not gonna lie…it was nice for YHC to Q at the Horse.  Been awhile.

Weather: Clear and 6 degrees.  Two thumbs up for little to no wind.

CIRCLE OF TRUST
PRAYER
MOLESKIN
YHC heard a statement in church the other day that resonated.  “Anything less than a conscious commitment to the important is an unconscious commitment to the unimportant”.  I have some work to do in the area of consciously committing to the important.  I undid a lot of positive health and weight progress over the month of December.  I wasn’t consciously committed to bettering myself from a food/drink perspective during that time, and I paid the consequences.  Same with my relationship with God. It’s time to consciously commit to prioritizing that relationship.  Thanks to the pax that help hold me accountable on multiple fronts.  I’m a better man because of y’all, and I’m grateful for that.  Let’s keep putting in the hard work.
