12 Pax showed up in the gloom. A few of us wanted to prove that we don’t need blocks to have a smoker that works our upper body effectively, so YHC shocked the pax with only around 1.5 miles total distance. You won’t admit it, but after all the merkins, bear crawls, and raccoon crawls, I’ll bet a few of you guys checked out your shoulders in the mirror when you got home. YHC might have to walk sideways through doorways today! Just sayin’.

Mosey to the steps, pick a partner (switch to a new partner with each new set of exercises)

  • 1 – Raccoon crawl length of wall

Long mosey back to Amphitheatre (learn something about your new partner)

  • 1 – Stair lap
  • 2 – AMRAP dips on the wall

Mosey to the wall and rinse and repeat. In the interest of time, raccoon crawl was cut by about 20%. Moseys to hill and to amphitheater were also abbreviated. Skip dip rotation.

At the end of Freed to Lead, Dredd and OBT talk about being with their families at a park in Charlotte one Sunday afternoon and within shouting distance, they see F3 men playing with their 2.0s throughout, and know that because of these HIMs, nobody’s going to cause trouble in that park.

Sunday afternoon, I looked around a full auditorium at church and witnessed a similar event. HIMs taking time from their SUNDAY to learn how to be a better parent.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Trinity Arts Daddy/Daughter Dance is Saturday. It’s slowly becoming an F3/2.0 event. We have a blast dancing. The girls enjoy themselves, too. <winkie face>

Pythagoras is working on a 2nd F event centered around watching and playing basketball. More to come on that.
