Line up on the sidewalk -> run to the first light pole and back -> 10 Merkins & 10 Squats -> run to the 2nd light pole and back 10 Merkins & 10 Squats -> run to the run to the 3rd light pole and back 10 Merkins & 10 Squats -> run to the 4th light pole and back 10 Merkins & 10 Squats. That’s 1 round. Rinse and repeat for 5 rounds. Thats a solid 200 merkins and 200 squats.
