THE THANG

Take to the field.  Four cones are placed at 25yds, 40yds, 65yds, and 80yds.  the routine is simple.  Run to the first cone and back do a set of exercises.  Run to the second cone and back then do the same set of exercises.  Continue through the third and fourth cones.  Plank on the six upon each return to the starting line.
