THE THANG

This was a modification of the Route 66 workout. 11 cones were placed along the route from the car loop to burpee cove. PAX mosey to the first cone and perform one of the specified exercise, mosey the second cone and perform 2 of the specified exercise, …, mosey to the 11th cone and perform 11 of the specified exercise. This results in 66 reps of the exercise being performed.

This was Route 66 workout was completed with all PAX performing each exercise at each of the 11 stations in 4-count cadence and then moseying together to the next station. Therefore, it became Group 66.

Three rotations through the stations were performed using the following exercises:

  • Squats (3 count hold)
  • Merkins
  • Little baby crunches (3 count hold)

There wasn’t quite enough time for another trip through the stations, so we settled for Motivators from 9 to bring us to Mary.

MARY

A mix of flutter kicks, heels to heaven, side crunches, and merkins (3 IC to bring the morning total to 100 merkins IC).

MOLESKIN
These guys are getting really strong. On extended group movements the entire group was able to stay together without a 6. This is a workout that would have left several in the dust not that long ago and, as far as YHC could tell, every PAX crushed it. Major recognition to Peterbilt for the hard work has been consistently putting in. It is really paying off in terms of weight loss, strength, and conditioning. GoDaddy has also been back out with regularity and is crushing the workouts. Great job gents.
