45 degrees and raining doesn’t stop the Iron Horse PAX from bringing it. 12 PAX descended to the AO for a soggy, merkin filled Q.

THE THANG
Simple Q. 10 moves AMRAP for 60sec each with 5 IC merkins in between. QIC hoped to make it through 2 rounds but the faithful burpee train had other plans.

  • Quick Feet Plank
  • Burpee Box Jumps
  • Plank Walkers
  • Scissor Twist
  • Knee Drop Lunges
  • Cross Body Mountain Climbers
  • Side Lunge Jumps
  • Downward Dog Crunches
  • Spin Burpees
  • Lunge-Lunge-Squats

The burpee trained rolled through carrying an armored military convoy just after the first round of plank walkers. QIC was able to make it through to the 2nd round of side lunge jumps before calling time to get in another 10 IC merkins for a total of 110 IC merkins for the morning.

CIRCLE OF TRUST
PRAYER
MOLESKIN
This particular scripture was on my heart to share with the PAX.

Corinthians 4:8-10 We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies.

We encounter many trials, much heartache, defeat, and frustration in our lives, but nothing can break us when we find ourselves in Christ. We cannot be crushed, driven to despair, forsaken, or destroyed. We may be pushed to the brink but it is there that Christ picks us up and carries us on.
