8 PAX showed up in the awesome 50 degree gloom to play with some sand toys (aka sandbags). One FNG, Rob Thurman…affectionately became known as Gamma.

- Sandbag Shoulder 60 secs
- Sandbag Zercher Squat 60 secs
- Sandbag Snatch 60 secs
- Sandbag Reverse Lunge with Twist 60 secs
- Sandbag Clean 60 secs
PAX completed one round, 60 seconds each exercise, no rest between exercises. Rested after the 5th exercise. Repeated this for 4 full rounds. On the 5th round cut the work time to 30 seconds due to time running out. Had 4 burpee buses for a total of 40 burpees. Some PAX modified with blocks instead of the sandbag.
Just commented to go out and do our best in the world today. Didn’t end in a prayer just to help the new guys feel more comfortable that it’s not required just in case that’s an issue for them.
