13 Pax gathered to improve themselves and to be a part of something bigger than themselves. A nice 59 degree temperature on a Tuesday morning made the work perfect.

Instructions were given that all pax were to stay behind the Flag and we were going to mosey to the playground behind Central Baptist Church. While moseying a 30lb sandbag was to start in the front behind the flag bearer and be passed to the back. The back pax would run to the front of the mosey and give the sandbag to the 2nd pax, which he then would take the flag from the flag bearer and become the leader.
This began and with a slight detour we made it to the playground.
Instructions for the play time were as follows;
Count off 1, 2 so the group can divide up.
The exercises are 5 pull-ups, 10 merkins, 15 Squats and 5 burpees.
Group 1 started on pull ups while all the rest started working through the other exercises. continue cycling through until Q calls time.
We then moseyed back to the AO for some Proud Mary! This was pax choice and random core exercises were counted off.
