It was approximately at this point in the warmup that one particular PAX noted that running a certain side of the track bothered his allergies.  After calling the wambulance, YHC decided to be gracious and run only the opposite end of the track.

It was approximately at this point in the warmup that several PAX began to heckle the Q.  Therefore, the aforementioned benevolence to avoid allergic reactions to trees was called off.  We ran the original (allergy-laden) side of the track from here on out.

The lesson here is to NEVER heckle the Q!

Announcements

EH an FNG.

Next Saturday, 6/16, Arrowhead will be closed.  Instead, we will all converge for a 7am workout at Iron Horse for a rather important event in the life of F3NETN.  FiA has graciously changed the time of their post so that we can all come together at 7.  If you are in town, you need to be there.  I am told the penalty for absence is between 100-200 burpees.

There will be a “Couple’s Yoga” 2nd F on Friday night 6/15.  See Rite Aid or Pythagoras for more details.

Moleskin

Thanks for pushing me through that last 400.  I was just as bummed as the rest of us that 3 of the 4 Aces fell in the last 1/4 of the deck!
