The PAX participated in a little rinse and repeat of the following
- Poker Chip (modified) – Start at the top of the parking lot with the cinderblock. Carry the block to the first line, leave it, and run back to the top of the parking lot. Run back to the cinderblock, pick it up, carry it to the next line, and run back to the top. Repeat until you move the cinderblock (line by line) all the way down the parking lot (17 lines).
- Mosey to the LCES sign
- Complete one of the exercises at the LCES sign (starting at the top of the list). LCES sign exercises were
- 10 Block Curls
- 10 Overhead Presses
- 10 Flutter Kicks
- 10 Triceps Presses
- Mosey to the flagpole
- Complete one of the exercises at the flagpole (starting at the top of the list). Flagpole exercises were
- 5 Blockees
- 10 American Block Hammers
- 10 The Lion Kings
- 10 Block Squats
- Mosey back to LCES sign and repeat until you rotate through all the exercises at LCES sign and flagpole
- Once you completed the 10 Block Squats at the flagpole, mosey back to the top of the parking lot to begin Poker Chip (modified).
