Simple

Northeast Tennessee Johnson City Iron Horse (Founders Park)

24 pax showed up at the park by 5:59 to watch YHC (24) round the corner on two wheels to start the Q on time and exactly 4 minutes after I rolled out of my fartsack. I have to thank the M sticking her foot in the middle of my back and pushing at 0556….kinda like couples yoga (but not quite as gentle)..

The Pax then Moseyed to the Girls Inc Hill with a short stop on the way for 10 Burpees.

At the bottom of the Girls Inc Hill the Pax split into eight 3 man teams.  The Pax at the bottom did burpees, the pax at the top did squats while the third pax climbed the hill and relieved the Squat man, who then ran down and took over for the Burpee man. All Pax Made it up the hill 4 times, while some HIMs made a 5th trip.  YHC planned to WRR until Rudy walked, but that didn’t happen.

MARY
We moseyed back to the AO with a stop for 5 more Burpees on the way.
CIRCLE OF TRUST

MOLESKIN
The Q was very simple, yet impactful.  We basically did 3 movements (Burpees, hill runs, squats) and nobody complained that they did not get a good workout.  Our lives are very similar. As they get filled with more and more activities, we forget the impact simplicity can have for us, our families, our jobs, and our communities. We are often spread way too thin, trying to do everything, and everything suffers.  When we use our time and focus on doing a few things well, it can have a serious impact ourselves, our relationship with our family, our work and our community.  Don’t sacrifice quality for quantity.
You can have excuses, or you can have results…but you can’t have both!
