SSH, Ole Ab, forward and backward arm circles, maybe something else, and then mosey to BAND WALL.
We completed 30 reps of wall and ab exercise and then ran to fence and back to BAND WALL.
- Chico peckers and lay flat on ground then walk your feet up and down wall
- Wall sit (for one minute) then wall plank, touching your R elbow to L knee and L elbow to R knee
- wall plank push up then booty bridge
- ascending testicles then wall side plank, left side and right side
- dirty hookups then big boy sit ups
- wall mountain climbers then flutter kicks
- balls to wall (for one minute) then knee crunches
Well we had remaining time and completed 30 second sets of Chico peckers (actually chicken peckers), wall sit, wall plank push up, ascending testicles, dirty hookups, wall mountain climbers, and balls to wall.
