PAX were instructed to Mosey to the grass at King Commons Park. PAX paired up and instructed to do following exercises in cumulative DORA format. 1 pax did exercise while partner ran to sidewalk at top of grassy hill, stopping to do 1 exercise of the rotation they are in, then running back to replace partner until cumulative # of exercises finished.

At King Commons, Flutter Kicks IC to 51 (extra 1 because I wanted to hear Singlet yell 5 zerooooooo). Several PAX commented on 50 possible being an excessive quantity.
Pax mosey to Farmers Market for some Froggy at Fifty sprints. Pax formed group of 3. 1 Pax ran sprints half the length of parking lot tagging a partner while other partner waited on other end. All Pax performed 5 sprints then moseyed to amphitheater.
Slow squats IC to 20 with a painful 30 count hold at end before PAX called mercy (time).
