Death by X was on the menu for the PAX in attendance. Basically EMOM routines. Start with X # of reps and increase by X # of reps each minute until you have nothing left in the tank.
- Burpees – Minute 1 = 1 burpee, then 2, then 3, and so on. 15 was the highest anyone reached.
- Squats – Minute 1 = 6 squats, then 8, then 10, and so on. 40 was the highest we reached. Ouch!
- Curls – QIC had to head out early but judging from the messages, this was a brutal assault on the biceps
