BLIMPS, nuff said. We did BLIMPS and bear crawled 25 yards, we did BLIMPS and Bernie Sanders 25 yards, we rinsed and repeated to the end of the field, then we ran a lap and R & R’d some more. All of the PAX completed 5 sets and some beast finished 8 (9.5).

Phillipians 2:3-4 is our families verses for the start of the new year. “Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.” It’s easy to be self-centered. It’s easy for us to act in ways that make us hard to love. It is hard to love others when they act in those ways. But it’s what we’re called to do. We’re called to be the role models for our kids, wives, co-workers, neighbors, etc. That’s what men step up and do, set the example. So a challenge to you men to take these verses to heart in 2019.
