14 men made it out for a workout in refreshing 28 degree weather.  Who needs lights when the full moon is there to light the way.

Motivators from 10 … or 3 for those without an alarm clock.  Followed by 40 push-ups to demonstrate that this group has no cardiovascular risk factors.  Through the tunnel on 10.  Willie Mays Hayes for a 10 count each side.

Grab a block and mosey to the curve for 5 decline push-ups on the block. 10 weighted squats.  15 curls.  20 step-ups.

Mosey to the bleachers with the block for 5 burpees, 10 squat thrusters, 15 heels to heaven, 20 dips.


Mosey to the midpoint of the hill with the block.

5 – 8-count man makers.  10 block lunges.  15 block squats.  20 big boy sit-ups.  Head up the hill with the block.

5 squat thrusters.  10 kettle bell swings.  15 curls.  20 little baby crunches.  Take the block back to the base of the hill.  Drop it off.  And run to the monkey bars.

5 pull-ups.  10 box jumps.  15 squats.  20 lunges.  Sprint to the end of the parking lot.

5 parking space bear crawl.  10 broad jumps.  15 Merkins.  20 4-count flutter kicks.  Head to your block.  Rinse and repeat.

1.7 miles for most.  2+ miles for the overachievers in the group.
Embrace the suck in all things.  It will make you better.
