11 Pax showed up to The Hill on a cool morning. This distance running thing is taking a toll, so I called an audible toward the end of the work out.
Ponzi lap (I believe that’s what it’s called.)
- 10 x 100 meters
- Gassers (sideline to sideline sprint=1) 30 second rest in between.
For the last five minutes, instead of continuing gassers, we ran 2 laps for a cooldown.
