Repeat until I called time:
- Field suicides 20, 40, 40, 20 goal line.
- Run stairs and back down
Time was called with 15 mins left. Pax lined up on the goal line and we did full field sprints x5 with 30 secs rest in between.
2 cool down 400m laps.
