With blood now flowing to our shoulders, I took a little time to explain the origins of the Singletator. Singlet, who just recently moved to Texas, was an Army recruiter who brought many outstanding exercises to F3 workouts in our Region. The Motivator – for instance – which is done at our AO pretty frequently – was introduced by Singlet. During his farewell Q, Singlet left us will 4 shoulder exercises that we repeated over and over and over…. The Shoulder Pretzel, Overhead Claps, Picking Cherries, and Dropping in the Bucket. If there was only something that would take the counting scheme of the Motivator, but be able to recreate the shoulder burn of the 4 exercises…. and thats how the Singletator was born.

YHC called, “Next Exercises… The Singletator …. from 7”

7 shoulder pretzels, 7 overhead claps, 7 count picking cherries, 7 count dropping them…. 6 shoulder pretzels, 6 overhead claps, 6 count picking cherries, 6 count dropping them, and so on. After the was finished, many Pax agreed that attempting the Singletator from 8 would be downright foolish.

YHC encouraged everyone to find- wait – not find time – because its not hidden – to make time during this Easter season to focus on things important to us. I must confess that if someone took a catalog of how a spend my time, and I made a list of things most important to me…. a few things may line up…. but several wouldn’t. And that’s my fault. Please make time for the things that are most important to you – and if the Easter season means anything to you, chances are pretty good that it deserves more attention and time. I know thats true of me.
