After a bunch of complaining (mostly from YHC) the Mercans were changed to 200 and Squats to 300.

Bernie Sanders to the top and 5 burpees forward back down. Partner does Mercans during run. Flap jack. Then squats then little baby crunches. Last was calf raises on the curb.
