After a night of storms, YHC awoke to a not very gloomy morning. 63, clear, fog destined to burn off over the course of the workout. It was cool that deer just walked up to me as I prepared the workout.

Cones on 4 corners and in center

  • 4 Burpees – Bear crawl (on all 4s) to next cone
  • 14 Merkins – Crab walk to next cone
  • 24 Squats – Bear Crawl to next cone
  • 34 LBCs – Crab Walk to Center
  • 44 SSH – Run to cone on path and back – 400 yards
  • Rinse and repeat (most pax got in 4-5 rounds)
  • Indian Run around island back to parking lot
