60 Degrees and Beautiful Morning,  7 PAX had either done a pre ruck or run to warm up for the fun!

THE THANG
Everyone grabbed a Bag, Block or in the case of 2.0’s a brick thanks to @Trolley’s supply in the truck.  Mosey across causeway to base of hill going to Disc Golf Course.

  • Workout was a pyramid.  Starting with 5 Burpees before running up a steep 200 yd Hill and adding/subtracting  5 more each time as follows. – 10 – 15 – 20 – 15 – 10 – 5. Every other trip carry your coupon up and back down.  At top the PAX found dumbbells ranging from 5 to 30 pounds.  At top do 5 curls & 5 rows and add/subtract 5 each time like burpees.  This was found to be tons of fun and took up much of the hour. 2.0’s carrying a 5 # brick were found to be quite proficient at beating old men up the hill!
  • When completed pick up coupon and mosey with as much speed you can muster back to starting point parking lot.

MARY
Wilbur brought some of the Friday Yoga that he and @Trolley do under the painful instruction of @Osmosis’s M to take center stage during Mary.  The boys love side planks so much we took a picture.
CIRCLE OF TRUST  – Jamboree brought a second 2.0 who was known for his monkey business.  For this he was rewarded with the name Lemur.
PRAYER – Prayers of Thankfulness for the weather and prayers for those not with us.
MOLESKIN  – Wilbur shared a quote he heard at the Souly Men’s retreat recently.  Being a Christian doesn’t make you sinless, but it does make you sin less.  Possibly C.S. Lewis?
