• Mud slide’s Burpee ring of fire – A slight modification from Monday but never the less credit goes to Mudslide – Everyone started with an Al Gore – YHC began by performing 1 Burpee, this continued around the circle adding a burpee for each Pax, when we completed the ring YHC performed the same number as the last PAX in the ring did (7) then continued around a second time counting down this time.

• Bear crawl to the 3rd
• long jump to the 4th
• run backwards to the start

Pax 2 performs AMRAP then switches

• ‘Merkins – 1st trip
• Squats – 2nd
• Carolina Dry Docks – 3rd
• Lunges – 4th
• Hand release ‘merkins 5th ( the hand release became longer each ‘merkin as most PAX were smoked)

Rinse and repeat
