According to science, a high-intensity Tabata workout can yield impressive results, and you don’t need more than 20-30 minutes to complete it. Lucky for us, F3 workouts on Saturday last an hour.
The goal is to work as hard as you can, with an all-out effort, with the best form you can, for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest (8 rounds per set). Then, I chose 60 seconds of rest between each different exercises.
- Hand-release Merkins
- Broad jump to fast feet
- Plank with a row (plank and pull 1 arm then the other as rapidly as possible)
- Pull ups / Negatives
- Jump squats
- Mountain climber to single leg push-ups
ABCs and then 8 bonus burpees. Absolutely smoked.
