  • I – 15 Imperial Walkers
  • M – 20 Merkins
  • P – 25 Plank Jacks
  • S – 30 Squats

Mosey 100 meters -> 5 burpees -> mosey 100 meters -> 5 burpees + 10 Lunges -> mosey 100 meters -> 5 burpees + 10 lunges + 15 Imperial Walkers -> etc.
