Northeast Tennessee Johnson City Arrowhead (Indian Trail)

Kinda muggy, high 60s, as 17 PAX including one FNG came for some work.  The mugginess only got better when we were graced by the presence of Jester after a short hiatus.


  • Motivator IC from 7
  • TTT, WMH IC x10
  • Barishnikov squats IC x10 (remember those, toes at 10 and 2 and squat with your heels off the ground)
  • Buttkicks IC x10
  • Monkey Humpers IC x15
  • LBAC IC x10 forward and reverse
  • Indian Run x1 lap (2 lines)

We stayed together as a group for the entire workout.  If exercises were completed early, PAX were advised to plank on the six.

First we moseyed one lap around the track stopping at each end to do two exercises

  • South
    • 10 Merkins
    • 20 step ups on wall (10ea leg)
  • East
    • 10 Merkins
    • 20 tricep dips
  • North
    • 10 Merkins
    • 20 LBCs
  • West
    • 10 Merkins
    • 20 Curls

Since Thiggy’s hill had not been visited by our fellows citizens of the County in quite some time, we avoided the chiggers and ticks and moseyed to the middle of the parking lot hill. Everybody partnered up.

  • Partner 1 – AMRAP Squats
  • Partner 2 – Bernie Sanders up the hill, one burpee at the top, mosey down and relieve partner 1
  • Rinse and Repeat for three times up the hill

Back to the track as above:

  • East: merkins and dips
  • North: merkins and crunches
  • West: merkins and curls
