THE THANG
PAX split into two teams and raced across a course in caterpillar fashion.

From the F3 Exicon: Caterpillar – PAX forms 2 lines face-to-face, down in plank position. Allow 2-3 feet between PAX. Last man box-jumps over the planking PAX to the head of the line, Indian Run style. Continue cycling through over a Q-prescribed distance or until toasted.

  • At the end of each straightaway, teams worked to complete cumulative reps.

Turn 1:

  • 150 Squats
  • 150 Merkins
  • 150 Dying Cockroaches

Turn 2:

  • 150 Lunges
  • 150 Merkins
  • 150 V-Ups

Turn 3:

  • 150 SSH
  • 150 Merkins
  • 150 Heels to Heaven

Finish Line:

  • 200 Burpees

PAX make surprisingly efficient caterpillars. 14 minutes of Mary remained with PAX selecting exercises to complete until time was called:

    The mission of F3 is to develop male leaders. The AOQ torch was passed from Rite-Aid to SubPrime. SubPrime is one of the best examples of the principles and values of F3, and we know he’ll do a great job.
