Dusting off an old fan favorite from Glory, the man who invited me to F3 back in 2017. The 700 club is Glory’s creation. I’ve modified some for today, but it’s spirit remains intact.
7 simple exercises to be performed 100 times each broken up into five sets (30x25x20x15x10). Cones are on the field about 20 yards apart in a straight line. Bear crawl with your block to each cone before performing the next set.
- Blockies (burpees with a block)
- Block Swings (like kettlebell swings)
- Block Curls (because women)
- Block Press (overhead)
- Berkins (Because nothing compliments burpees like Merkins!)
- Block Squats (don’t skip leg day)
