Started from the goal line. Suicides to the 20, 40, 40, 20, then full field. When you get back to the goal line, run up the stairs and back down. Rinse and repeat.
I called everyone back to the goal line with 10 minutes left. Lay down on your stomach, when I say go, hop up and Sprint to the opposite goal line (30 secs rest in between).
