It was a beautiful cool morning for a tough IRONPAX CHALLENGE WORKOUT! The PAX came ready and delivered an impressive amount of reps of the exercises for this week’s challenge.
No time for a warmup due to the time required for the IPC.
The workout was Week 3 IPC unless the PAX already completed it; therefore, an additional workout was developed for that group of PAX.

Week 3 IPC – Each PAX had 43 minutes to complete as many reps/rounds as possible of the below.

  • 10 – Pull-ups
  • 15 – Block Hop Over Burpees
  • 20 – Curls
  • 25 – Block Squat Thrusters
  • 30 – Reverse Crunches

For those who completed the Week 3 IPC, their workout is below. The same parameters apply. (43 minutes)

  • 10 – Manmakers
  • 15 – Incline/Block Merkins
  • 20 – KB Swings
  • 25 – Mountain Climbers
  • 30 – BBSUs

No time for any additional exercises.
