10 PAX posted on a brisk fall morning. Pantyhose and long sleeves were on display for the first time this season! Some of the warm shirts were shed during the workout.
Motivators from 6. LBAC three ways, TTT, Abe Vigoda & Mericans IC x 5. Then one mosey around the parking lot and then 5 sandbags and 5 blocks were carried to the hill above the track.
In honor of our dislike for Block Burpees/Man Makers we did them Dora style. Guys partnered up.
PAX 1 ran to top of hill and did 10 Man Makers and ran back down to replace partner. Both guys did the following exercises while partner did the run & MM.
- Curls, Weighted Squats, Bent over Rows, Overhead Press, Jump Squats, Shoulder Shrugs, Mt. Climbers & Dead Lifts and time expired.
- This resulted in each Man doing 80 MM for a total of 800.
We stood Mary up this morning due to keeping @Daisy happy.
