7 PAX came out on a chilly Wednesday morning for fitness.

    PAX carried coupons to the bottom of the hill. The big terrible hill. PAX completed 7 reps of the following exercises:
  • Deadlifts
  • Overhead Press
  • Rows
  • Curls
  • Squats

PAX ran up and down the hill, and then repeated exercises above adding one rep for each lap up and down the hill completed. Rinse/Repeat until time called. Most PAX got up to 13 reps of each exercise (which equals 70 reps total for each exercise).

Indian run (more of a march) the long way back to the start.
