Mosey over to the band practice field and line up on the goal line. Started 11’s with a bear crawl.
- 1 Merkin, bear crawl 20 yards, 10 body weight squats. Bear crawl 20 yards back to the goal line. 2 Merkins, bear crawl 20 yards, 9 body weight squats. Repeat until you’re at 10 Merkins and 1 body weight squat. It was AWESOME!!
Mosey back to the parking lot and circled up on the sandbags. There were a few blocks substituted for sandbags.
AMRAP until time was called.
