Two stations were set at either end of the track with various exercises: OH press, Step ups, Merkins, Block Squats, Hand release Merkins, block swings, block curls, flutter kicks (4 count), lunges (2 count), and blurpees.
PAX performed 30 reps of an exercise followed by 5 burpees, then ran to the other end of the track for 30 of the next exercise followed by 5 burpees. Back to the other end of the track and continue to the next exercise, etc…
Getting to 30 blurpees after being thoroughly soaked and already having done 50 burpees got a little tough!
