6 PAX came out to a surprisingly dry and warm January morning. The forecasted rain fart sacked and left behind perfect boot camp conditions. YHC had a hurt shoulder, so he prepared a shoulder-less Q.

PAX moseyed all around the AO to give visitor PBS a proper tour. PAX made several stops along the way and completed the following exercises:
- Air Squats
- Monkey Humpers
- Box jumps (or Box cutters when there were no boxes to jump on).
Reps varied between sets of 20, 15, or 10 per exercise. PAX completed 100 total reps of each exercise throughout the workout.
Pax ran to the skate park, up a hill, back to the skate park, over and up a different hill, around the track, over to the benches, up and down the stairs, and then did 3 rounds up the big hill.
Total distance somewhere between 2.5 and 3 miles according to YHC’s watch.
