Pax partnered up for some AMRAPS. Each exercise was AMRAP for 5 minutes. First Pax would do 2, then second Pax would do 2. First pax would do 4 and second would do 4. Add 2 reps each time for 5 minutes. While one pax is doing the movements, the other can hold plank, squat, or recover. The exercises were as follows:
