Burpee PT Test….yup

Northeast Tennessee Johnson City Iron Horse (Founders Park)

A cold, blustery winter morning at 30° makes for a perfect environment to do something stupid.

Traditional Burpee PT Test…Pain & Simple:

  • 100 Burpees
  • 1 mile run
  • 50 burpees
  • 1 mile run

A 1 mile run at Iron Horse is a little more than 2 complete laps around the park at Founders. Some PAX split up the test to 50 burpees then a lap. To get break up the monotony. But, still painful.

PAX that finished did LBCs until time.
“Punishment” due to not getting on the calendar shouldn’t have to be ensued. The truth of the matter is this: We, as men, F3 PAX, are to be leading workouts in a rotating fashion. That’s one of our core principles. We should be stepping up and getting on the Q calendar, not because we HAVE to, but because we GET to. It also reminds us how much we need to be EHing the Sad Clowns in ALL the circles we roll in, not just our F3 circles.

-Get on the calendar…There’s a new month about to start.

-EH someone. You know people.
