A stormy morn for 4 PAX who showed up in the gloom at the new AO in Jonesborough, Immortal Station. T-claps to Pam for putting in some ruck miles this AM.
So with the whole surprise weather and all and YHC driving around looking at covered options to shelter from the lightning, I forgot about the disclaimer, but these are veterans. Luckily no one got hurt.

8 exercises each completed for 8 High Intensity Intervals of 20 seconds each with a 10 second rest between intervals and a 1 minute recovery between each exercise. The 8 exercises were:

- Carolina Dry Docks
- Freddy Mercury
- Broad Jump/Back Pedal
