QIC saw this workout in a BB and it sounded like a great time!
Set 10 cones through the parking lot 3 parking spaces apart.
- Round 1 – 10 Merkins at each cone, performing walking lunges to get to the next cone. At the end, 25 block squats.
- Round 2 – 10 Squats at each cone, bear crawling from cone to cone. At the end, 50 block kettlebell swings.
- Round 3 – 10 Dry Docks at each cone, broad jump from cone to cone to cone. At the end, 75 block presses.
- Round 4 – 10 Burpees at each cone, push run from cone to cone. At the end, 100 block curls.
Ran out of time around the middle of round 4. Solid work by all.
