THE THANG
In preparation for Memorial Day MURPH without the option of a pull-up bar, the PAX utilized coupons and handrails.

Upright row X 5, then bent over row X 5, then curls X 5, all with coupon of choice

Merkins X 10

Squats X 15

Run the parking lot loop and grab a set of rows on the handrail coming back into the formation area (5 reps)

Rinse & Repeat until time is called
