9 PAX rolled into Arrowhead on a rather brisk 35 degree morning ready to put in some work after a hiatus from weekday beat downs. YHC was determined to meet their expectations.

LBAC – 10 IC then reverse 10 IC

Slaughter Starter – 20 burpees OYO

THE THANG
It was pretty chilly for May so we need some decent cardio to keep the heat turned up. 2 rounds with 4 sets per round. Bonus work if you finished before time was called.

  • Round 1 – 10 burpees followed by 10 bag/block presses, then run a lap. Rinse and repeat 4 times.
  • Round 2 – 10 burpees followed by 10 bag/block goblet squats, then run a lap. Rinse and repeat 4 times.
  • Bonus round – 5 burpees and a move of your choice for 5 reps, then run a lap. Rinse and repeat until time is called.

Strong work from all the PAX. Everyone completed the workout and were thrilled to hit some AMRAP burpees until Jobs finished his final lap.
