10 SSH- Mosey to South End- 10 Imperial Walkers – Mosey to Start
In honor of Jester’s No Mercy Mile, we modified since no one can compete with the intellectual prowess of Jester and his creativity in designing a Q.
- Start at Bleachers – 10 Dips
- Run to start of curve on track and bear crawl to the wall
- 10 Step Ups each leg and bear crawl from the wall to the the start of the other curve on the track
- Run to the far set of bleachers and do 10 dips
- Run to the center of the curve and do 15 merkins
- Run back to the start and repeat changing out 15 Heels to Heaven for the first set up dips, 15 American Hammers for the second set of dips, and 10 Burpees for the Merkins
- Repeat until time-
