It was an amazing morning. The weather was a perfect 65 degrees. YHC arrived at 4:55am to setup the course for the first Virtual Spartan Spring held in Jonesborough. There were 20 exercises and a course of 1.55 miles. This was an out-of-the-box Saturday Q, but was quite enjoyable and rewarding. It was nice to have some gents from Arrowhead join us 2 new PAX Bunny Slope and Peek-a-boo.

Using the Spartan website, we mirrored the exercises and placed them throughout the course. The course ran from JB Library to the crosswalk on Persimmon Ridge Rd. The distance one way is approx. 1.55 miles. YHC set out orange soccer cones and orange flags to mark the exercises and the course. We had a few different start times to stagger the amount of PAX on the course. Here are the exercises. Each exercises was done for 10 reps. The cones represented 2 exercises so we had 10 exercises going the first half and 10 for the second.
