A ladder routine:

Start on one end of parking lot and complete the following:

10 – Carolina Dry Docks

20 – Merkins

30 – Squats

40 – Plank Jacks

50 – LBCs

Bear Crawl to opposite end of lot, then back down:

50 – LBCs

40 – Plank Jacks

30 – Squats

20 – Merkins

10 – Carolina Dry Docks

Then run across Magnolia Hill to the the flag at the bottom of the other side, complete a traditional Spartan race penalty (30 burpees), run back, rinse and repeat until time is called.

Most PAX completed 2 rounds with total mileage approximately 1 mile.
